Enjoy an enchanting evening of elegant entrees and performances of selections from Puccini to Gershwin, sung by guest artists from across the nation.
The evening will begin at 6 p.m. with a social hour followed by dinner and performance beginning at 7 p.m. The dining experience will begin with a welcoming glass of champagne and an insalata verde followed by choice of entree — filet of beef in a red wine demi glace, chicken a la vodka with roasted garlic in a rich creamy vodka sauce with sun-dried tomatoes or plat de vegan. Each entree is accompanied by asiago potatoes and haricot vert almondine. A sinfully decadent chocolate dessert will bring the evening to a close.
